Create an authenticated self-service FinanceGPT checkout intent

Creates a continuation-preserving checkout intent for Professional, Team or Business only. Enterprise and Financial Operations remain sales-assisted and Restricted Autonomous Operations remain application-only. This call does not itself activate entitlements or create a financial authority.
